Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) lining plates are widely used in industries such as power, steel mills, and coal mines. Among them, UHMWPE sheets have high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and self-lubricating properties. They can be used to make linings for hoppers, silos, and chutes for coal, cement, lime, mineral powder, salt, and grain powder materials. 


Due to its excellent friction resistance, self-lubricating and non stick properties, the above-mentioned powdered materials do not adhere to storage and transportation equipment, ensuring stable transportation. 


This high wear-resistant board can be designed as an assembled connection structure to adapt to various environmental conditions for installation and application, and can be customized according to user requirements for easy installation and maintenance.


Performance:


1. Excellent wear resistance: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene UHMWPE material has extraordinary wear resistance. Under specific conditions, its wear resistance is 7 times that of carbon steel, 27 times that of brass, 5 times that of nylon 66 and polytetrafluoroethylene, and 10 times that of hard PVC;


2. Excellent impact resistance:Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene material not only has good wear resistance, but also extremely high impact resistance, with an impact strength greater than 140kg/cm2


3. Good self-lubricating properties: The friction coefficient of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material is 0.07-0.11. After being used as a lining plate for the closing hopper in the metallurgical industry, there is basically no sticking or blockage of the hopper;


4. Excellent corrosion resistance: The ultra-high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol material has corrosion resistance performance. Except for a few strong oxidants, it can withstand corrosion from various chemical substances such as acids, bases, salts, etc; It will not undergo electrochemical corrosion and has good adaptability to various oil stains and harsh environments (ambient temperatures exceeding 90 ℃);


5. Extremely low water absorption rate:The water absorption rate of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material used as the lining board for the closing hopper of the metallurgical industry's coal bunker is less than 0.1%;
