PE sheet is a kind of thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non polarity. The appearance of original HDPE is milky white and translucent to a certain extent in its thin section. It is made of famous high-density polyethylene resin at home and abroad through extrusion or molding process. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness and good mechanical strength.
The melting point of HDPE plate (high density polyethylene plate) is about 130 ℃, and the relative density is 0.941 ~ 0.960. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness and good mechanical strength. Dielectric properties, environmental stress cracking resistance is also good. Melting temperature 220 ~ 260C. For materials with large molecules, the melting temperature range is recommended to be between 200 ~ 250C.
Characteristics of PE board：
1. It has good corrosivity and can withstand almost all acid, alkali and salt media except strong oxidants such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid.
2. Ultra high wear resistance. Due to its unique molecular structure, the wear resistance is higher than that of ordinary metal plastic products, which is 6.6 times that of carbon steel, 5.5 times that of stainless steel, 27.3 times that of brass, 6 times that of nylon and 5 times that of PTFE.
3. Excellent low temperature resistance, good toughness, fatigue resistance, no exudate, service temperature - 70 ℃ to 90 ℃, even under low temperature, it will be strongly broken.
4. High impact resistance. The impact resistance ranks first among nylon. It is difficult to crack under strong external force and internal pressure fluctuation. Its impact strength is 20 times that of PVC and 10 times that of nylon 66.
5. Good aging resistance, antibacterial, oil, alkali, acid and chemicals resistance. The service life is more than 25 years.
6. Good non adhesion, large surface tension, small friction coefficient and non polarity, so it is incompatible with common substances, so it is not easy to adhere and scale.
7. High non water absorption, good waterproof performance, no expansion in water, much less water absorption than nylon
8. Good self lubrication. Because it contains waxy substances, it has good self lubrication, small flow resistance and energy saving.
