The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fender has light weight, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, aging resistance, and small friction coefficient, which can effectively prevent UV rays from being exposed. The fender veneer has wide applicability and can also be used as a ship anti-collision device. At the same time, its reaction force is low, the surface pressure is small, and the energy absorption is reasonable; it has strong adaptability to constant and pitching when the ship is berthing; it is easy to install and maintain.
The UHMWPE possess a low coefficient of friction which provides a smooth sliding surface for thevessel to trave along the fender face. Our UHMWPE comes in many colors and thickness projectrequirements. UHMWPE can also be supplied in stand alone applications not related to rubber fenders, for sliding surfaces that do not require any energy absorption.
