Coal bunker liner belongs to ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sheet. It not only has the general advantages of UHMWPE sheet, but also has its own unique characteristics. 


The polyethylene sheet has the following characteristics:


1. Good non-adhesion, easy to clean for surface adhesions.

2. Strong wear resistance, its wear resistance is 6 times that of nylon 66 and PTFE, and 8 times that of carbon steel.

3. High impact strength, especially low temperature impact strength.

4. The friction coefficient is small, only 0.05-0.1, and has good self-lubrication.

5. Corrosion resistance, stable chemical properties, most inorganic, organic acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents are not corrosive to UHMWPE.

6. Excellent aging resistance, under natural light, its aging life is more than 60 years.

7. Flame retardant, antistatic and anti-ultraviolet.

8. The board has low density and light weight. Easy to carry and install.


In order to ensure the excellent performance of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) lining board, the installation project can be carried out safely, quickly and with high quality, and further prolong the service life of the silo, this regulation is specially formulated.

1. Considering the loose physical west angle and the friction coefficient between the material and the liner, it is recommended that the included angle between the material surface of the silo and the horizontal direction a>46.4°, so that the material can flow as a whole in the entire silo after the liner is installed, avoiding Or reduce the stagnant area and eliminate the need for oscillators and air cannons.

2. Check the condition of the silo before installing the lining board, try to make the protrusions or depressions as smooth as possible, and thoroughly clean the cement silo body that has been used in advance to prevent the lining board from being loose or falling off. occur.

3. Before the liner is installed, the installation process should also be formulated according to the actual situation of the silo, and it should be followed during installation.

4. When installing the lining plate, the joints perpendicular to the flow direction of the material should be minimized to reduce the flow resistance of the material and achieve a good material flow effect.

5. Before installation, the cutting and blanking of part of the lining board should be beveled on the upper and lower sides. The joints between the boards should be lapped and installed according to the "upper difference and lower" method, and according to the local climate, the shape and size of the silo Different sizes of expansion joints should be reserved, and the lining plates for bevel overlap should have even and tight gaps, and the surface between the plates should be flat and firm.
