When installing the silo liner, in the case of large changes in operating or ambient temperature, the fixed form of the liner must consider its free expansion or contraction. Any fixing method should be designed to facilitate the flow of bulk materials, and the screw head is always embedded in the liner. For thicker liners, the seam should be cut at 45 degrees. In this way, variations in length are allowed, and a smooth plastic plane is formed in the silo, which is conducive to the flow of materials.


Pay special attention when installing the silo liner:

1. During the installation process, the plane of the bolt countersunk head of the lining plate must be lower than the plate surface;

2. During the installation of coal bunker lining products, there should be no less than 10 bolts per square meter;

3. The gap between each lining plate should not be greater than 0.5cm (the installation should be adjusted according to the ambient temperature of the plate)


1. Thermal power plants: medium-speed coal mill barrel lining, fan impeller socket, dust collector inlet flue, ash slag duct, bucket turbine lining, separator connecting pipe, coal crusher lining, coal hopper and crushing Machine lining plate, burner burner, coal drop hopper and funnel lining plate, air preheater support tile, separator guide vane. The above-mentioned parts do not have too high requirements on the hardness and wear resistance of wear-resistant steel plates, and can use wear-resistant steel plates made of NM360/400 with a thickness of 6-10mm.


2) Coal yard: feeding chute and hopper lining, hopper lining, fan blade, pusher bottom plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guide lining plate, ball mill lining, drill bit stabilizer, screw feeder bell and base seat, kneader bucket lining, ring feeder, dump truck floor. The working environment of the coal yard is harsh, and there are certain requirements for the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the wear-resistant steel plate.


3) Cement plant: chute lining, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, separator blades and guide vanes, fan blades and inner lining, recycling bucket lining, screw conveyor bottom plate, piping components, frit cooling pan Lining, trough lining. These parts also need wear-resistant steel plates with better wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which can be made of NM360/400 HARDOX400 wear-resistant steel plates with a thickness of 8-30mmd.


4) Loading machinery: unloading mill chain plate, hopper lining plate, grab blade plate, automatic dump truck tipper plate, dump truck body. This requires wear-resistant steel plates with extremely high wear resistance and hardness. It is recommended to use wear-resistant steel plates with a thickness of NM500 HARDOX450/500 and a thickness of 25-45MM.


5) Mining machinery: mineral material, stone crusher liner, blade, conveyor liner, baffle. Such parts require extremely high wear resistance, and the available material is NM450/500 HARDOX450/500 wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 10-30mm.


6) Construction machinery: tooth plate of cement pusher, concrete mixing building, lining plate of mixer, lining plate of dust collector, mould plate of brick making machine. It is recommended to use a wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 10-30mm from NM360/400.


7) Construction machinery: loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side edge plate, bucket bottom plate, blade, rotary drilling rig drill pipe. This type of machinery needs a wear-resistant steel plate with particularly strong and extremely high wear-resistant strength. The available material is NM500 HARDOX500/550/600 high-strength wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 20-60mm.


8) Metallurgical machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveying elbow, iron ore sintering machine lining, scraper lining. Because such machinery requires wear-resistant steel plates with high temperature resistance and high hardness. Therefore, it is recommended to use HARDOX600HARDOXHiTuf series of wear-resistant steel plates.
