Production of customized ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene coal bunker liner

Features:

Polyethylene sheet has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. Dielectric properties and resistance to environmental stress cracking are also good. Melting temperature 220~260C. For materials with larger molecules, the recommended melting temperature range is between 200 and 250C.

The mechanical properties of high molecular polyethylene coal bunker liner are higher than that of ordinary high density polyethylene. It has outstanding impact resistance, stress crack resistance, high temperature creep resistance, low friction coefficient, self-lubrication, high chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, noise damping, nuclear radiation resistance, etc.

Langrui company engineering production: ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene board, PE board, wharf fender veneer board, polyethylene ground protection mats , coal bunker lining board, mixer lining board, chute lining board, suction box panel, conveying machinery Tracks and linings, car linings, garage reversing dock bumpers, outrigger pads, bearings and various parts. High-density polyethylene sheets, HDPE rods, and various parts similar to the above, high-density extruded sheets.
