1. High wear resistance
UHMWPE sheet has excellent wear resistance, its wear resistance is 4-7 times that of Q235 pipe, and 2.7 times that of 16 manganese steel wear-resistant pipe. The excellent wear resistance greatly improves the conveying capacity of the pipe and prolongs the service life of the plate. Under the same conditions, its service life is more than 3 times that of the traditional steel wear-resistant plate.
2. Impact resistance
The impact resistance of UHMWPE sheet is 5 times that of ordinary polyethylene pipes, 2 times that of polycarbonate, and 10 times that of PTFE. The good impact resistance enables it to withstand the huge water hammer impact formed when the pump station is opened during construction.
